The Lampost Beach Motel was owned by Nancy and Steve Cipolla (who also maintained a Winter residence in Naples, Florida). The property was sold in 2005 for Condo conversion. The structure still stands with the Motel features intact. The Cipolla Family remain in Business on 21st Ave as Owner/Operators of the Cipolla Apartments.
