As such, the administrators of the web site reserve the right to remove any PERSONAL photos (i.e. your summer vacation). Similarly, inappropriate content (pornography, defamatory images, non-photographic images, etc.) will be removed...and you may be dropped as a registered user...permanently.
WildwoodDooWop.com does not claim ownership of the photos you provide. However, by uploading, you are granting WildwoodDooWop.com permission to use your photos in connection with the website including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, edit and reformat your photo; and to publish your public display name in connection with your photos.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your photos, as provided herein. WildwoodDooWop.com is under no obligation to post or use any photos you may provide and may remove any photos at any time in WildwoodDooWop.com's sole discretion.
By uploading your photos you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your photos including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to upload the photos.
